Our approach
A Victoria-based handyman service that specializes in pre-listing preparation — getting homes ready to photograph and ready to sell. Hands-on trade work for 15+ years, with the last several focused specifically on the pre-listing window.
Agents keep coming back because the work is clean, the schedule holds, and nobody disappears mid-job. No secret formula — just consistent work and clear communication.
Pricing is straightforward: $107/hr for all job-related time including travel. For bigger jobs, a written flat quote comes first so the number is locked before any work starts.

Photographers coming Tuesday? I'm done Monday. Something turns up on the inspection? That gets fixed first.

What I do (and don't)
I'm not a general contractor and I'm not a stager. No renovations, no major construction — the scope here is cosmetic updates, repairs, and refresh work, the kind that makes a home photograph well and hold up to buyer scrutiny. Staging makes a room look good for an afternoon; this fixes what buyers actually notice on a walkthrough, the things that cost you at the negotiation table if they're left undone.
What I do specifically: paint touch-ups, fixture swaps, drywall patches, hardware updates, caulking, minor carpentry — the targeted work that gets a home ready to list.
