Some agents want me to deal with their clients directly — schedule the visit, walk through the issues, handle it end to end. Others prefer to make the decisions themselves and just point me at the list.
Either way works. Your clients are important, and your reputation is on the line. I get that. I show up when I say I will, I do clean work, and I don't make you look bad.

Warranty and product tracking
If a fixture has a defect or a client needs a warranty claim, we have the model, supplier, and install date on file. We'll set up the replacement without you having to dig through old emails.

What it costs
$107 per hour. No minimums, no first-hour tricks. For larger pre-listing jobs, I'll quote it flat before starting — no surprises on your client's invoice.
That covers all job-related time — driving, on-site work, material runs.
